Fulfillment Policies

At TrueTeam Marketing, we aim to deliver exceptional digital marketing services, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising and website design. To ensure clarity and build trust with our clients, we have established the following fulfillment policies:

Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and custom website design services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

• Service Not Delivered: If a project or service has not been initiated or delivered.
• Prepaid Packages: Refunds for unused portions of prepaid services may be issued upon request.

Delivery Policy

Digital Marketing Services:

• Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated timeline for project completion.
• PPC campaigns typically go live within 21-28 days after receiving all necessary assets from the client.
• Website design projects have a standard delivery timeline of 3-6 months, depending on the project scope.

Delivery Communication:

• Updates and deliverables will be shared via email or your designated project management portal.

Return Policy

As a service-based business, we do not accept returns. If you have concerns about the quality of the services provided, please contact us at info@trueteammarketing.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement under the following conditions:

• PPC Campaigns: PPC services operate on a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel after your regular billing date, you will be charged once more on your next billing cycle (e.g., if you are billed on the 10th and cancel on the 17th, you will be charged again on the 10th of the following month). Services can be utilized for up to 30 days after this final billing date. PPC campaigns will be paused upon request within 12 hours, but any billing incurred up to the point of deactivation will remain the client’s responsibility. All cancellations are required to be in written format and must be sent to info@trueteammarketing.com.
• Website Design Projects: Cancelations for ongoing projects may be subject to fees based on the percentage of work completed.
